Fish in the Onionesbërg Market

Our market sells a variety of fish, which comes straight from the Lainio River.

Members of the Onionesbërg parade are welcome to buy items from the stalls, and all leftovers are used to make onionkräm (a Swedish fish and onion paste popular with locals). The production of onionkräm means that there is as little wastage as possible after the event, and it shows the region's commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly behaviour. Rädda vår planet!
